About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to web design and development services provided by Ichthus Creative. By engaging our services you agree to the project terms confirmed in your written quotation.
Quotes and payment
Every project begins with a written quote. Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is payable to begin work and the balance before the website goes live. Prices exclude GST and third-party costs such as domains and hosting, which are billed at cost.
Content and ownership
You confirm that the content you provide (text, images, logos) is yours to use. After full payment, ownership of the delivered website design, content and code transfers to you.
Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and content from your side. We will always keep you informed of progress.
Revisions and support
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Minor fixes are free for 30 days after launch; ongoing changes can be covered by a monthly care plan.
Liability
We build every website with care, but we cannot be held liable for indirect losses, downtime caused by third-party providers, or content supplied by the client.
